Pulsed-laser cleaning uses short, controlled bursts of ultrapowerful light energy to remove rust, paint, oxidation, buildup, grime, and unwanted coatings from surfaces. Each pulse targets the unwanted layer and breaks its bond with the material underneath through a process called laser ablation. Because the laser does not physically scrape, sand, or blast the surface, it offers a cleaner, more precise alternative for many restoration and surface-preparation projects.
Pulsed laser is the new eco-friendly option for cleaning and restoration projects because of how it eliminates chemical solvents, avoids abrasive mediums, and requires no water waste by using targeted precise light pulses to vaporize the contaminants like: rust, paint, and grime while leaving the underlying material completely safe.
Traditional cleaning processes such as sandblasting, chemical washes, or scraping can be harsh on the restorer's body because of the sand, toxic solvents, and secondary abrasive waste water used in those processes. Pulsed-laser cleaning prevents silicosis, an incurable lung disease caused by silica-based blasting media, by replacing dangerous and abrasive methods with a noncontact process that eliminates free silica dust exposure. Gone are the days of splashing toxic slurries or the creation of heavy ambient particulate clouds common with traditional scraping or grinding. With the permissible exposure limit (PEL) coming in well below 50 micrograms per cubic meter of air, pulsed-laser restoration and cleaning processes easily meet OSHA standards.

Restore metal surfaces with precision rust removal. Our pulsed-laser technology targets rust and oxidation at the surface without abrasive damage, helping to clean and prepare metal parts, tools, equipment, and structural features without abrasive blasting media or chemical stripping.
Ideal for:

Remove old paint, coatings, and surface buildup with greater control and accuracy. Pulsed-laser cleaning can strip unwanted layers from a variety of surfaces, making it a valuable option for restoration, refinishing, and surface-preparation projects where precision matters.
Ideal for:

A cleaner approach for automotive restoration and specialty parts. Pulsed-laser cleaning can remove rust, oxidation, and coatings from many vehicle parts, bodies, and metal components, making it useful for classic cars, motorcycles, custom projects, and restoration prep.
Ideal for:

Clean equipment, parts, and machinery without unnecessary teardown or harsh cleanup. Our laser cleaning process can remove rust, grime, oxidation, and coatings from many metal components, helping extend the life of working equipment and prepare surfaces for repair, refinishing, or continued use.
Ideal for:

Have a project that you think might be ideal for laser restoration but aren't quite sure? Laser restoration isn't right for evry project. But if you contact us, we'd be happy to evaluate it and determine if it would be a good candidate for our low-mess, custom laser restoration work.
Ideal for:
We are able to offer mobile traveling services due to the pulsed laser’s compact design and its ability to run on a standard power outlet or portable generator. This makes it easier for your project to be done in your home and at your own convenience.
